In addition to Richard Yocum, Managing Director, the Argosy Team is composed of a group of diverse professionals whose talents represent a broad range of executive consultation services. Biographical summaries on these individuals are provided here.


Donna M. Alonso
has more than 15 years of experience in operations management, project management, organization development, and human resources and training. She has worked with clients in the financial, insurance, and telecommunications industries, including Prudential Financial, Bank Of America, and AT&T. Clients recognize Donna most for facilitating small- to large-scale organizational change, partnering and coaching leaders, and championing diversity initiatives. Donna received her Masters degree in Organization Development from The American University.


Dina Boogaard, Ph.D., provides coaching, consulting, training, and facilitation to a wide variety of public and private sector leaders and organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, federal government agencies, and international service organizations. As a trainer and facilitator, she has worked with both small and large groups, addressing everything from race and diversity issues to strategic planning and organizational change initiatives. Over the years, Dina has developed a specialty in cross-cultural communication and team building.

She has an MA in Organizational Development and a doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University, from which she was granted their Social Justice Award for collaborative work with underprivileged children in Philadelphia.


Jeff Branch
brings to Argosy 15 years of expertise in leadership development, management team building, and work process improvement. His distinctive management experience in health care and financial services sectors has informed his style as a skilled consultant and problem-solver. Both politically savvy and engaging as a facilitator, Jeff applies process methodologies that deliver potent outcomes for a breadth of organizational cultures and issues. His fortes include creating highly-effective internal partnerships that improve culture change and leadership effectiveness in business as well as in public service environments.

Jeff has established a successful track record in his employment at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital and Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, both in Pennsylvania. He holds a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Philadelphia Biblical University and is a doctoral candidate in Education Leadership at Widener University.


Melinda Ostermeyer is a conflict management and organization development consultant, specializing in coaching leaders and groups, facilitating large and small group decision-making processes, mediating a variety of disputes, designing conflict management systems, and training professionals in collaborative decision-making techniques. She has twelve years of senior managerial experience, an advanced degree in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University, and a coaching certification from Georgetown University.


 
 
 
 
 

Sukari Pinnock has worked extensively within the US labor movement on numerous transformation change efforts for more than a decade. Additionally, she has served as an executive coach for leaders in a variety of government, non-profit and small business organizations. Sukari takes a client-centered approach to her work with individuals and organizations, focusing on "possibility development" rather than "problem solving."

She holds an M.S. in Organization Development from the American University/National Training Labs (AU/NTL). Sukari also is a member of the National Training Labs Institute (NTL), the Organization Development Network (ODN), the World Future Society (WFS), the Wilson Center for Public Research (Executive Board Member) and the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists (CBTU).


Steve Yahr guides clients in making key decisions that can lead to long-term growth and success. Working with companies that range from new venture start-ups to Fortune 500 firms and large non-profits, Steve uses an approach that helps clients “focus” their resources in order to increase corporate value and improve effectiveness. His methods have assisted clients in making strategic decisions that allow them to benefit from change in the marketplace rather than be driven by it. For clients ready to exit their business, Steve has a solid record in locating strategic buyers willing to pay for excellence. He holds degrees in mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University and University of Minnesota.
